The seven horses that call the rescue home for the time being are lucky to be there. ![]() Having all but worked myself to death in the last three months, I have come close, but still. The sheriffs department came and cleared the property and we are thoroughly nervous. ![]() Now, via an online fellow animal and dog-lover, I have found the full poem, the website, and the author. The fantasy that theres some way for me to earn every penny the rescue needs continues to elude my grasp. Wild Heart Ranch cares for and assists all animals, but the facility is not capable of housing domestic rescues. We have had a trespasser at the rescue this evening. Previously I had posted an abbreviated version of this poem below, only because that is all I had. ![]()
